All our homes are fitted with a T.V aerial, telephone, broadband connection, central heating, double glazing, electricity, mains gas, mains water and comes with fully landscaped roads and private block paved driveways. Our manager and office staff are there to help, allowing you peace of mind should your home be unattended.
The park has been carefully planned to provide spacious living, well laid out gardens and private spaces for vehicles. We can even help you to choose the location of your plot. The Grounds are suitably landscaped to retain the serene and tranquil surroundings of this beautiful countryside and kept to a very high standard.
We offer exclusive rights to fishing on the River Liddel, which runs along the bottom of the park, to all our Lodge owners.
Gas and Electricity is metered. Meters are read and paid quarterly. Ground fees are £1700 per annum.
